On a cold winter morning, over 50 brave souls turned out at Titchfield Park in Hucknall to take part in the 2022 Star Strike Tournament.
Teams comprised of players from all Star Strike training sites together with teams from our good friends at Second Chance Academy.
Three pitches were constructed, one for the U8 mini-soccer teams, refereed by Rob, and two for the 9v9 teams, refereed by Matt and Keanan.
Players were divided into teams representing their training sites and wore green, blue, purple and pink bibs with the Star Strike U11s team playing in 'no bibs'.
All teams played each other once, with the result going to towards a 'league table':
